Humanism Award Nominations - Students
Nomination deadline, Friday, May 13.
The Healthcare Foundation of New Jersey invites the School of Nursing to select one Student and one Faculty member to receive the 2016 Lester Z. Lieberman Humanism in Health Care award to be presented in July.
Anyone with personal knowledge of the candidate(s)' qualifications for this award may submit a nomination for one Student and/or one Faculty member.
PLEASE NOTE: as stated in the detailed criteria noted in the call for nomination, students should be enrolled as of September 2016 (not graduating before that time.) Preference will be given to individuals who will be enrolled students at the time of the awards in July 2016.

Why should this Student receive the Humanism in Healthcare Award?
Include specific examples of how the Student demonstrates compassion and empathy in delivery of care to patients and their families. (150-250 words)
